This is a guide to our current fees. A full and clear printed treatment estimate will be provided after your initial consultation. All fees stated here are estimates and not a final quotation and may change if the clinician deems it necessary to alter your treatment in any way.
Deposits are taken prior to booking appointments and may be lost if 24-48 hours’ notice is not given for cancellation as requested in our terms and conditions. This is to ensure the smooth running of the practice and that all patients are seen within a reasonable time period.
If outstanding treatments are not completed within a 12-month period, an examination/consultation will be required prior to restarting your treatment plan.
If you do not attend the practice for a period of 24 months or more, our continuity and duty of care ceases. Patients will then be required to re-register, along with scheduling a new patient consultation, to receive dental care again.

At Riverside Dental, we feel that cost shouldn’t be prohibitive to patients receiving the high standards of dental care that they need and deserve. We are delighted to offer finance plans for a range of dental procedures at our Norwich dental practice, helping to ease the burden of lump sum payments and enabling you to get started with your treatment right away.

If you are aged 21 or over, you could be eligible for a finance plan (subject to status and credit checks). Once your application has been approved, you can then contact us to schedule your appointment for treatment.
Your credit application is a simple, online process, but our practice staff would be happy to help you with this if required. Most applications are approved immediately, enabling you to book your appointment right away.
As with most other credit agreements, you will be able to spread the total cost of your loan over 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. The monthly payment will be collected by Direct Debit and is subject to the usual guarantee from your bank.
We offer 0% deposit, which enables you to get started with treatment without making an initial lump sum payment. However, if you wish to pay a deposit, this will be reflected in your monthly payments and reduced from the total cost of the loan.
We believe in providing our patients with complete transparency. Our affordable finance plans clearly show the monthly payment you will be making, and the total interest repayable over the term of the loan. If you choose to settle your loan early, you can do this without any penalty, simply contact us for a settlement figure.
The Riverside Dental Plan is an efficient, monthly cost for that covers some basic dental services that you would usually have each year, and some bonus extras. By spreading the cost in this way, it makes important preventative dentistry care affordable and accessible to the majority of patients.

Here at Riverside Dental, we believe in complete transparency. We have spent most of the lockdown period ensuring we have all the necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to ensure we are compliant with all legislation to keep all our patients and team safe.
Due to the cost of it, we have no option but to pass most of it onto our patients, hopefully only temporarily. We have separated it into 2 levels as advised by our regulatory bodies:
PPE Level 1: For procedures that do not generate any aerosols (non-AGP’s)
PPE Level 2: For procedures that do generate aerosols (AGP’s)
PPE Level 1: NO CHARGE
Includes: Enhanced fluid repellant surgical mask for clinician and nurse, splash-proof visors, aprons, new anti-viral cleaning products, mask for reception staff, mask for each patient
PPE Level 2: £3 per appointment
As for Level 1 but also includes Filtering Face Piece 2 or 3 (FFP2/3) enhanced mask, surgical gowns, ant-viral misting solution used to clean down surgery after appointment If, and when, the additional levels of safety are no longer required the charges will be removed.
